Query Windows
In IJC 2.5 the Query Builder and Query as Text windows are no longer shown by default. This was because not all users need to use these. The effect of this can be seen below.

Do not worry! The windows are still present. All you need to do to use them is to show them from the appropriate items in the Window menu.
