JChem tab appears but gets greyed out

When JChem tab is shown means that JChem for Excel is basically loaded after hitting one of our menu buttons or loading a JChem for Excel workbook it means that the remaining part of the application cannot be loaded.

 

In most cases it is .NET loading problem, which can be:

•.NET version (mostly on XP system)
•IKVM, JChem installation problem
