Exclude Hidden Rows

It is possible to copy-paste structures without the hidden rows. Select some structures on the worksheet after a structure filtering has been applied and select the Home tab, then select the Find and Select|Go To Special menu item (Office 2007 and 2010) or...

 

       Menu.GoToSpecial

 

... in case of Office 2003 select the Edit|Go To menu item and click on the Special button on the Go To form.

       Form.GoTo.2003

 

1.Select the Visible cells only option on the Go To Special form and close the form by OK button.

       Form.GoToSpecial

 

2.Copy the selected structure to the clipboard by Ctrl+C or by selecting the Copy right-click menu item. Change to another worksheet and select the Paste Special right-click menu item.

       Menu.RightClick.PasteSpecial

 

3.Close the Paste Special form by OK button.

       Form.PasteSpecial

 

4.The structures are pasted without the hidden rows.

       Cells.PastedStructures.WithoutHidden
