Back to index pageThe copy-paste function works between Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications or any other application functioning as an OLE container.
Copy a single structure to Microsoft Word:
| 1. | Select a single structure. |
| 2. | Right click to bring up the context menu. |
| 3. | Click Copy Structure as Marvin OLE. |
| 4. | Click Paste in the target application. |

Paste a single structure from Microsoft Word:
| 1. | Copy the structure to the clipboard in the external editor. |
| 2. | Select the target cell where you want to copy the structure. |
| 3. | Right click to bring up the context menu. |
| 4. | Click Paste Structure. |

Note: You need the Java based Marvin Beans installed in order to have the Marvin OLE functionality working properly.
