The copy-paste function works between Microsoft Excel and  Microsoft Office applications or any other application functioning as an OLE container.

Copy a single structure to Microsoft Word:

1.Select a single structure.
2.Right click to bring up the context menu.
3.Click Copy Structure as Marvin OLE.
4.Click Paste in the target application.

Paste a single structure from Microsoft Word:

1.Copy the structure to the clipboard in the external editor.
2.Select the target cell where you want to copy the structure.
3.Right click to bring up the context menu.
4.Click Paste Structure.

Note: You need the Java based Marvin Beans installed in order to have the Marvin OLE functionality working properly.
