Printing Structures

Structures are stored in cell comments. In Excel it is possible to control how to print cell comments. The default settings in JChem for Excel are set to print data as displayed on sheet.

       

 

There is a direct printing function in JChem for Excel but it is available only in Microsoft Excel 2007 and in Microsoft Excel 2010. The workbook, the active worksheet or the selected area can be printed out by using this function according to the current setting in Options (Printing Mode).

The Print Preview can be generated by clicking on the Print Preview button of the JChem for Excel Ribbon and print can be started from the Print Preview window.
