JChem Export to File (from List)

The JChem Export to File will allow users to export structures and data from a custom list that has a "JChem Structure" column and the export can be done using multiple structure file formats.
 

How to export structures from a custom list to a file

Step 1: Select a custom list that has a "JChem Structure" column.

Step 2: Go to the All Items view of the selected custom list.

Step 3: Click on the JChem List Export button (List Tools|List toolbar).

The Export List to Chemical File window opens up.

Step 4: Select a structure column you want to export.

Step 5: Select which additional columns you want to export.

Step 6: Select a file format from the drop-down list. (ChemAxon MRV; Daylight Smiles; MDL SD file; IUPAC Names, JChem for Excel formats are available.)

Step 10: Click on the Save File button. A confirmation dialog opens up. You can open or save the newly generated file.

Step 11: Select to save the new file. A normal file save dialog opens up.

Step 12: Specify a file name and select a destination folder for the output file. (The list name of the custom list is the default file name. You are allowed to modify it.)

Step 13: Click on the save button. The specified file is generated and it holds each structure exported from the list. The other data also exported into the output file.
