addsolution operation is responsible for deploying a standard sharepoint solution package to the SharePoint 2010.

 

Example: jcsadm.exe -o addsolution -filename XYZ.wsp

 

Note: jcsadm.exe and XYZ.wsp should be in the same folder to be able to run the command how it is described above. Otherwise you should type the file's full path. Take care the spaces when using full path. Best practice is to always type the full path between quotes.
