Wrong Cartridge Owner

The above error occurs, when the cartridge owner (given at the create or manage page) was wrong. Usually the above message appears in this case.

 

Fixing the issue:

Navigate to the  "Central Administration / Manage service applications" Click on the JChem Search Service application and then correct the cartridge owner name. Then click "OK".
