With
, you can choose how you would like to see the search results. Documents is similar to the SharePoint built in one, Structures is a structure based view, which summarizes the found structures with some important data.
Free text search...
can be filled by any textual data. If you use this option, the search will be performed on textual data and not on structure data.
Subsctructure dropdown
list is aimed to choose the structure search method. Possible values are

The list may be extended in the future releases.
Structure search...
text box accepts textual structure descriptions in smiles format.
Structure image (click to edit structure)
is a placeholder for a drawn structure. If you don't want to type the smiles text into the text box, you can double click the placeholder. The Marvin Sketch will open in a dialog box.

Note: In order to use Marvin Sketch, the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) must be installed on your machine. |
After drawing the structure click on the OK button. The drawn structure will be showing up in the placeholder.

Note: In some cases, mainly after the first use of Marvin Sketch, the structure appears in the placeholder some time later. This is due to technical reasons. |
Advanced
button is for experienced users. A new area is displayed under the search form, with new filter controls.

Ranking
is to specify how the results will be weighted between the free text and structural search methods, guessing both methods are used at the same time.
When the search form is filled with the desired conditions click the
button.
