| • | The software works only on indexed data. It does not find any data, which is not indexed. |
| • | The indexing sources are customizable by the system administrator and not by the end user. |
| • | A pre indexing must be completed before trying to use the search interface (in other cases there will not be hits) |
| • | The software aggregates different indexing sources and can be searched in the SharePoint |
| • | The result sets may differ because of the different user's different rights. |
