Interface Summary

CheckerRunner

The descendant of CheckerRunner interface has to provide the functionality to run StructureChecker instances automatically on the given molecule and fix the problems with the associated StructureFixer instances.

Class Summary

AdvancedCheckerRunner	CheckerRunner implementation with advanced fixing capabilities.
BasicCheckerRunner	This is the default basic implementation of CheckerRunner interface/
CheckerRunnerImpl	Deprecated. This class is deprecated and not used anymore.
