Tips

• Rotating a structure in a template button: drag it with the mouse.
• When attaching a template to your molecule with one join point, hold the mouse button down, and turn the template into the right direction.
• Drawing a bond: drag with the mouse in bond mode.
• Draw a chain with unit length bonds with mouse clicks in bond mode.
• Selecting some atoms: click on them.
• Selecting many atoms with lasso: click once, encircle an area, click again.
• Rectangle selection: hold the mouse button down while selecting.
• To import a molfile:
  • use the upper frame,
  • or choose Edit/Molfile, copy the molfile into the window, then import it by using File/Import.
