Our Technical Support Forum has a large knowledge base of user questions and answers and is the fastest way to receive an expert opinion on your question. Our aim is to respond within a working day though often this is just minutes. The online support forum is the only free support route for free and non commercial users. If you have some urgent issue with your free academic license please use this contact route.

For our paying customers we provide free support on user issues. If you have a usability question or try to solve a chemical/biological issue please contact our application scientist via email.

Dedicated training
