3rd Russian Conference on Medicinal Chemistry

October 2017

September 28 – October 3, 2017
Kazan, Russia

MedChem Russia conferences are held every 2 years in large educational, scientific and cultural centers of Russia. The first MedChem Russia conference took place in Moscow in 2013; the second event was held in 2015 in Novosibirsk. The main focus of this international conference series is to review current developments, novel approaches and cutting-edge technologies in the field of medicinal chemistry and drug research.

The scientific program of MedChem Russia 2017 will include plenary lectures, short lectures, and poster presentations. Furthermore, oral and poster communications of junior scientists will be considered during a satellite young scientists’ symposium. In addition to scientific presentations, we will have dedicated time for networking among delegates. It is the goal of the organizers to make this meeting an event of scientific excellence, attractive to both industrial and academic scientists in medicinal chemistry and related fields of research.

Kazan is the host city for the conference. One of the oldest cities in Russia, Kazan attracts many tourists from the country and abroad. The area’s many research institutes, colleges and universities make Kazan one of the largest national centers of science and education. Kazan Federal University is one of the oldest universities in Russia known for its prominent achievements in medicinal chemistry and design of physiologically active compounds.
