Dear Chen,

Apologies for being a bit slow on the applications. We had a national holiday in the past few days, and just started to work on the academic list too. We have a rather massive amount of applications, so please be patient.

I checked our system and you are registered there, we will contact you about it as soon as we can - meaning no later than early next week.
